Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO) - You Missed Turning 0 Into 00 Within Weeks - Penny Stock Investing Principles - Penny Stocks For Dummies

It might appear a little ridiculous, nevertheless with the newly found popularity of penny stock investing; some common folks have been in a position to pocket serious revenue on just one or two trades - buying stocks for pennies and selling them for real dollars.

Yes, I'm entirely aware that this may seem like a lot of garbage, but you'd be very mistaken if you think that this isn't taking place every day. There have been tons of corporations whose stock price had dropped to basically pennies per share and in some conditions fractions of a penny per share, which happen to have made very sudden and volatile rises to levels that are 2, 3 or as high as 10 to 20 times that price in just a few days.

It's still hard to imagine right?? It'll only take a minute to check out one of the common occurrences in the penny stock market - Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). If you type in that ticker in to your preferred financial site, and look at a historic chart for say four months or so; you'll see that the company was riding at a pretty unremarkable $.43 or 43 cents a share near mid March, then jumped as high as .40 in only a couple weeks. Doesn't necessarily take a rocket scientist to see that if we'd invested 0 it would've increased to almost 00 in just a few weeks time. That is why everyday many people are able to leave their jobs and just trade one or two penny stocks a month, at the same time being able to pay all their bills and live easily.

By doing a little due diligence, you can realize awesome profit margins in penny stocks; and it doesn't take the long-term investing that you generally have to be ready for when you invest in your typical blue chip stocks. The big stock investors can get a %5 rise in a week's time ( This is a great week for them), but if you've only got 0 to commit - generating in a week is probably not cause to jump up and down... best you can do with that type of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!

Just like with any investment, not surprisingly penny stock trading includes risks, but think of this: when you can invest $500 in a penny stock and possibly turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs enormously in your benefit. On the flip side, you could invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and possibly see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.

Right now, we are looking a company named Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO). This stock has gone from being pretty much dormant to trading over a million shares last Thursday. The price was pretty consistent all day Thursday, even with the heavy trading (staying at $.10 per share), but then on Friday -things started to change ( the stock closed at $.135 - a 35% gain in One day). As of this writing, the stock is continuing to climb today (7/23/12) climbing to just under $.15 per share. The beauty of this company is that it has basic principles; a good team, good product mix and revenue!
